Reduce or Eliminate

  • Aspartame (Nutrisweet)
  • Cow's Milk Products
  • Soft Drinks

Increase

  • Proteins (Eggs, Meats, Fish, Nuts, Legumes)
  • Olive Oil
  • Fresh Fruits & Vegetables
  • 1-2 Tsp Flaxseed Meal Per Day
  • 1 Tbsp Vinegar, 1-2 Times a Day Diluted in Water or Juice
  • Purple Fruits & Berries
