Reduce or Eliminate
- Soy Products
- Processed Sugar
- Aspartame (Nutrisweet)
- Cow's Milk Products
- Soft Drinks
- Proteins (Eggs, Meats, Fish, Nuts, Legumes)
- Olive Oil
- Fresh Fruits & Vegetables
- 1-2 Tsp Flaxseed Meal Per Day
- 1 Tbsp Vinegar, 1-2 Times a Day Diluted in Water or Juice
- Purple Fruits & Berries
